JULY UPDATE

We hope this July update also finds you safe and healthy. We are now out of over four month full lockdown. But still the government didn’t allow the people to go in and out of the valley as well as long distant transportation except their important works. As the lockdown opened, the number of cases grew steadily. As a reason in some parts and places of the country, the government again did lockdown. Still there’s difficulties in people’s daily activities. They have to be very careful to prevent viruses in every step. Beside the pandemic we are facing many dangerous natural disasters like landslides and floods in different parts of Nepal. Many people have to displace and lose their families.

COMPETITION OF THE MONTH

Besides the many bad situations, we NECO are still in good conditions. We didn’t forget our regular activities like playing and doing yoga, taekwondo, studying, celebrating birthdays and doing different extra activities to entertain the children. In this case, we would like to thank the senior girls and boys for managing all the schedules for their juniors. They divided the children in four groups. In four groups, they again divided into senior and junior where for senior this month, they organized quiz competition and thread and needle competition. For juniors they did handwriting and musical chair competitions.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

As the previous months, we celebrated the birthday party of three more children, but this time we modified our birthday by cutting cake to eating other special dishes like eating steamed mo.mo. and laddu (special sweet item. )
As the previous few months also, we have planted varieties of fruits and plants in their name. They are happy and excited to see the result in the future !!!
