Kalpana Phokrel Kandel
Presient
Kalpana is a lawyer. She was the founder member of ‘Brihashree Development Center’ and she worked as a legal consultant in ‘Aids Info Docu’ for two years both of which are non-profit organizations for social welfare. She is willing to help our organization in any possible way because of her deep interest in social work.
Pamin Bhatta Kafle
Vice President
Pamin, a former nurse, is helping and guiding our kids since the establishment of NECO Home. She is the member of current board and always wants to serve in further years as well.
Ramesh Paneru
Secretary
Ramesh Paneru is engaged in tourism field. He is Managing Director of Botanical treks. He loves children so freqeuntly visits to see our kids and spend time with them.
Ram Sharan Khadka

Samjhana Rawal
Director
Samjhana is local resisdant of Goldhunga (near to the orphanage). She is a housewife who is engaged in institutions of woman empowerment. As a mother with three children, she has personal experience and knowledges of child development.
Samjhana Gurung
Director
She regards herself as a Social Worker. Professionally she is a Public Health Worker. She did many health diagnosis in Community and also did a research in gender based violence among pregnant women.
Currently she is the Operations Director and Volunteer Coordinator in NECO Home. She is really dedicated, enthusiastic, self motivated and intelligent person.
Nirmala Acharya
Director
Nirmala has served in NECO Home board in previous years. She was a resident staff and worked as a caregiver for three years. Our kids have nice bond with her and she also has deep love for the children as well. She completed intermediate level in Education subject. She is now in business but wants to stay closer to help the orphanage.
Sailendra Pokhrel
Director
Sailendra is a student. He is completing his bachelor’s degree in science. He also has web designing training. Sailendra wants to help the kids in their education and other skill developing activities.
Nisha Adhikari
Director
Nisha has already served in NECO Home. She worked in this organization as an accountant for one year. Now she has given final examination of Bachelor’s level and wants to help our organiztion once again.
